Shipping is via Royal Mail.

Shipping cost is based on the total weight of your order. Orders over £15 (excluding shipping) qualify for 2nd Class FREE Shipping.

 

We aim to print and pack your order with care and dispatch it promptly after your order is placed. Dispatch times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Invoices and receipts are sent by email.

Please note: We always print in high quality modes with colour management controls, doing our very best to make sure your print looks just as good in real life as it does on screen when viewed. On rare occasions colours may look slightly different in print, depending on your own viewing screen and lighting conditions.

 

Delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to postal service conditions.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned simply because you change your mind.

If a personalised item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

 

All returns must be agreed with us before sending items back.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
