This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered after placing an order with LetterboxPrint.
1. Order processing
All of our products are made to order, and many are personalised using the details you provide at checkout.
Orders are usually processed within the timeframe stated on the product page before dispatch. Processing time begins once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed. Please ensure all personalisation details and delivery information are correct when placing your order, as we may not be able to make changes once production has started.

We use trusted delivery partners to ship orders within the UK.
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the product and delivery method selected. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed.
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as postal service disruptions or peak periods. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
