This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations in relation to cancellations, returns and refunds for purchases made through www.letterboxprint.com

1. Personalised and made-to-order items
Many of our products are made to order and personalised based on the information you provide.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, personalised or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before placing your order.
2. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund in line with your statutory rights.
You may be asked to provide photos or additional information to help us assess the issue.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Non-personalised items
If your order includes non-personalised items, you may have the right to cancel and return these within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer law.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once a return or issue has been approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method using our payment provider.
We do not have access to full payment card details and do not process refunds manually.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days, but in some cases may take up to 30 days to appear, depending on the payment method and payment provider.
5. Delivery costs
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If part of an order is returned, delivery costs will not be refunded unless required by law.
6. Lost items
If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch.
