We print and pack every order with care, aiming to dispatch within 24 hours. Each one is sent in a sturdy board-backed envelope for protection.

 

Please note: colours may look slightly different in print, depending on your viewing screen and lighting conditions. We always print in high quality with colour management controls, doing our very best to make sure your print looks just as good in real life as it does on screen when viewed.

 

Lastly, invoices and receipts are sent by email only.

We want you to love your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, you can cancel and return your order within 5 working days of delivery for a credit or refund. Please return items in their original condition and packaging (like the boarded envelope or box).

 

For any personalised items, please double-check your spelling before placing the order.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, don’t worry. You have up to 30 days to return it. Just email orders@letterboxprint.com or call 01952 482276 to sort it out.
